Based on decades working with top performers, we discovered that travel was one of the biggest challenges to staying healthy - it breaks routines, adds stress, and takes you away from the gym, food, and other spaces you know. We are building Flykitt to solve these challenges.
We started by revolutionizing long-haul travel with our Flykitt system that eliminates jet lag, and now we offer our Flykitt Food and Flykitt Fit features to make it easy to eat healthy and workout away from home. This technology leverages our research with Navy SEALs and fighter pilots to offer comprehensive travel health and performance solutions trusted by pro sports teams, top executives, and in-the-know leisure travelers.

I began Fount after leading human performance and biotech strategy efforts for the U.S. military. Since then, I’ve worked with experts who’ve trained special operators and elite athletes to build the first truly comprehensive travel health and performance program available beyond these organizations.
