Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you use your FlyKitt and follow the instructions, but it isn’t effective, we also offer a money back guarantee.

To process your return, please forward your purchase confirmation email with a request for a return to returns@fount.bio, and we will send you a return shipping label.

If you are one of the few who doesn’t feel alive when you arrive, please forward your purchase confirmation to moneyback@fount.bio, note what email you used for your FlyKitt App account, and a request for a refund. Our customer service team will be in touch and facilitate the process.
