How do I use FlyKitt?
Order your FlyKitt, download the FlyKitt App from the App Store or Google Play, and enter your trip details in the FlyKitt app.
Pack your FlyKitt, and start your custom plan the morning of your trip.
Follow the simple steps during travel. Arrive feeling alive!
When should I enter my flights?
Please enter them as early as possible. You will always be able to update or cancel your trip within the app. Please ensure you look at your custom program before the day of travel, as it starts with a wake up time to optimize your trip.
When does my plan start?
Your FlyKitt program will begin the morning of your trip. Just remember to pack your FlyKitt and look to the app for to-the-minute instructions.
What happens if my flights are delayed or my itinerary changes?
When you are on the plan detail screen in the FlyKitt App, you can click on the “Update Itinerary” button in the top right of your screen to change your flight information or cancel your itinerary.
What if I'm allergic to fish or am vegetarian/vegan?

Do you have an iOS and an Android app?

I was pretty skeptical going in to this, but figured it was worth a shot given the cost of international travel and the desire to maximize every minute we were over seas. I bought kits for all four of us on our trip to Finland and everyone one of us felt amazing on arrival and return. Whether it was placebo effect or real, who knows…all I know is it worked and none of us felt any jet lag on either end of our trip. I will absolutely use this program for all future international travel. Worth every penny.

I travel for business a lot and get jet lagged. Tried other programs previously. Bought FLYKITT on Amazon prior to an upcoming trip. Went to China and was able to hit the ground running, did not crash at random points during the day or wake up various times at night. I recently flew from LAX - Hong Kong - Delhi - Mumbai - Male. A total of about 33 hours of travel time. I landed in Male feeling refreshed after using Fly Kitt. While I don't typically get jet lag when I travel west, I certainly was surprised how great I felt. The real test was when I traveled home. Dehradun - Delhi - Hong Kong - LAX. Almost 30 hours of travel. I did not experience jet lag at all upon arriving home and during the ensuing days. Was I 100%? No, but I was about 95% feeling good, with a few random moments when I felt tired. I can't recommend Fly Kitt highly enough. I'll never do long hauls without it.

I have to admit that I wasn't able to follow the program EXACTLY and I was sometimes a little bit late on some of the supplements. Still I had ZERO jet lag after a round trip flight from ATL to CDG. Amazing product! I am thrilled to have found Fly Kitt!

I recently ordered the Fly Kitt for a trip to Italy since I have struggled to adjust to the time change for the first 2-3 days my previous three trips to Europe, all I can say is WOW! I started the supplements the morning of my flight, continued throughout the day and I was able to sleep 4.5 hours on the flight, something I have not been able to do on previous trips.
